This simple yet delicious two ingredient mango sorbet is the perfect treat for hot summer days. It comes together in less than five minutes and is sure to be an instant favorite!
Pulse frozen mango chunks in food processor until a chunky powder like consistency is reached
Scrape down the sides of the food processor and add 1/3 cup of orange juice
Pulse 7-8 times until desired consistency is reached. If sorbet is still not smooth add extra orange juice 1 teaspoon at a time
Leftover sorbet can be kept in an air tight container in the freezer for up to a month
