These easy apple cinnamon pancakes can be on your breakfast table in 20 minutes. They are light and fluffy and require no special ingredients
Add vinegar to milk and set aside
In a large bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon
In another bowl combine butter, egg, vanilla and soured milk mixture
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir to combine
Fold in peeled and diced apples
Place 1/4 cup piles of batter on greased, pre-heated skillet. Once bubbles appear on the surface flip the pancakes to finish cooking
