Description

This simple, three ingredient Baileys buttercream is the perfect addition to cakes or cupcakes. It is smooth and creamy with a nice boozy surprise!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup salted butter (room temperature)
  • 3 tablespoons Baileys
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. With a stand or hand mixer beat room temperature butter in a large bowl until smooth

  2. Add 2 tablespoons of Baileys and beat until combined

  3. Add powdered sugar 1 cup at a time until well combined

  4. Add remaining Baileys 1 teaspoon at a time until desired consistency is reached

  5. Beat buttercream on high for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy
