Description

These no-bake cranberry cocoa bliss balls are a healthy, easy snack that the whole family can help make!

Ingredients
  • 5 Weet-Bix or Weetabix biscuits
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (liquid state)
  • 5-8 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
Instructions
  1. Add Weet-bix, cranberries, cocoa powder and coconut oil in food processor and pulse until Weet-bix are crushed and ingredients are well combined

  2. Add four tablespoons of water to food processor and pulse to combine

  3. Add remaining water 1 tbsp at a time until desired consistency is reached. The mixture should easily stick together when rolled into a ball

  4. Form mixture into balls and roll immediately in shredded coconut

Notes

If you like your bliss balls more on the sweet side add honey or agave to the mixture and reduce water accordingly

Cranberry cocoa bliss balls can be store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to a week
