This easy blood orange vinaigrette is sure to elevate any salad. It is easy to make and comes together in just a few minutes!

  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon blood orange juice (fresh squeezed)
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3/4 cups extra virgin olive oil
  1. Blend ingredients except the extra virgin olive oil for 15-20 seconds.

  2. With the blender running on its lowest speed, slowly pour in extra virgin olive oil until combined.

  3. Store vinaigrette in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 10 days.
